This role plays an essential part in ensuring our customer designs meet licensing and brand compliance standards. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and collaborative teammate who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Desired qualifications include:

  • Ability to work independently, remain self-motivated, and manage tasks efficiently

  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on shared success

What you’ll do:

  • Analyze incoming customer orders and escalate licensed content for review and approval using established workflows

  • Respond promptly to time-sensitive partner and internal team inquiries using our internal chat and communication platforms

  • Collaborate with teams across Revenue and Operations to ensure order compliance with intellectual property policies and partner brand standards

  • Engage directly with licensing partners through email, phone, and online submission platforms to request approvals or address concerns
