  • Work with organizers to develop strategic turf plans to hit campaign and organizational goals.
  • Where appropriate, represent Indivisible on statewide coalitions, developing and supporting election protection and election enforcement at the local level.
  • Actively manage the organizers to achieve their goals - providing constructive feedback and guidance as they work towards them, creating opportunities to learn from both successes and setbacks, and holding staff accountable when they fall short.
Team Leadership - 10%
  • Work with Battlegrounds Leadership to build a productive and intentional team environment.
  • Identify best practices both within the team and in the field, and work with leadership to scale them aggressively.
  • Listen for and surface new departmental or organizational initiatives based on feedback from group leaders and/or staff.
