Job description

The Plan Automation Lead Analyst owns plan build, configuration, and ongoing maintenance across administrative platforms supporting in‑force and newly implemented Supplemental Health business. The role partners with cross‑functional, geographically distributed teams to deliver client commitments, ensure operational readiness, and perform testing and validation for product enhancements. The position also supports onboarding and mentoring, works independently, and escalates complex issues to subject‑matter experts as needed.

What you’ll do:

  • Configure administrative platforms for new and existing clients, including validation and issue resolution prior to production go‑live

  • Proactively communicate risks, issues, and delays, and maintain clear documentation of status, decisions, and impacts

  • Collaborate with team members and matrix partners to deliver commitments and build strong working relationships

  • Apply working knowledge of end‑to‑end implementation and maintenance processes to improve procedures, controls, and overall operational efficiency

  • Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce rework, and support best practices

  • Support team skill development and knowledge sharing through collaboration and peer mentoring

  • Support departmental and enterprise initiatives, including process enhancements and change management efforts

  • Demonstrate proficiency in core competencies, incorporating feedback to strengthen technical execution and performance

What you need to do the job:

  • High school diploma or GED - required; bachelor’s degree - preferred

  • Experience with Supplemental Health plan design and implementation, including platform configuration, testing and documentation, in a regulated environment - preferred

  • Demonstrated proficiency using system-based applications and Microsoft Office Suite tools - required

  • Ability to consistently perform high quality, accurate data entry in a fast‑paced, transactional environment - highly preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills, with the ability to interact effectively across levels and functions – required

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment -   required

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, required

  • Ability to work independently and comply with the company code of conduct - preferred  

  • Occasional schedule flexibility to support client deliverables, production deployments/go-lives, or time-sensitive issue resolution - required


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 61,200 - 102,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
