Job description

Make an impact at the center of complex health system operations. In this role, you will serve as a trusted expert and problem-solver—ensuring accurate account setup, pricing integrity, and contract alignment for sophisticated health system customers while improving processes that drive customer experience and revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary expert and escalation point for ensuring accurate class of trade, licensing validation, and pricing eligibility.

  • Partner across Sales, Contracting, Pricing, Operations, Finance, EDI/IT, and Compliance to enable smooth onboarding and operational execution.

  • Interpret complex manufacturer contracts, specialty distribution agreements, GPO structures, and eligibility rules to guide accurate pricing and compliance.

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve pricing or configuration issues, using sound judgment to determine when escalation is necessary.

  • Translate complex operational and contractual scenarios into clear, actionable guidance for internal partners.

  • Lead or support projects focused on onboarding efficiency, pricing accuracy, process improvement, and cross-functional alignment.

  • Document learnings and improvements to prevent recurring issues and strengthen operational consistency.

Qualifications (Required)

  • 3+ years of experience supporting account setup, pricing, contracting, or operations in a complex healthcare or related environment.

  • Strong working knowledge of account hierarchies, pricing structures, eligibility validation, and class of trade concepts.

  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and resolve issues involving systems, contracts, or operational workflows.

  • Demonstrated judgment, ownership, and comfort navigating ambiguity within cross-functional organizations.

  • Clear communicator able to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.

Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Experience working directly with health systems, specialty pharmacy, or specialty distribution organizations.

  • Familiarity with GPO arrangements, EDI onboarding, or customer automation workflows.

  • Exposure to project management practices or leading cross-functional initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 75,700 - 126,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
