  • Create, launch, and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads; monitor performance and adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets
  • Collaborate with Brand Designer to develop monthly content plans and creative concepts for reels/TikTok/campaigns; write briefs, captions, and creative direction
  • Provide biweekly and monthly performance reports; analyze content and ad performance and recommend growth opportunities

Job description

NILO® is one of the fastest growing Beverage Brands in the US. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Influencer & Paid Media Specialist to support the growth of our digital presence and online sales across the US market. This role combines influencer marketing, paid media management, and content planning to help expand brand awareness, engagement, and e-commerce performance.

The ideal candidate is highly proactive, understands social media trends, knows how to work with influencers and creators, and has experience managing Meta and TikTok Ads campaigns. This person should also feel comfortable collaborating closely with our Brand Designer to help organize and plan social media content strategies.

Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing

  • Identify, research, and contact influencers aligned with the brand across different niches and audiences
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and influencers
  • Negotiate collaborations, partnerships, barter deals, and paid campaigns
  • Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and campaign expectations with influencers
  • Review influencer content before publishing to ensure alignment with brand guidelines
  • Maintain and organize an influencer database with active and potential collaborators

Paid Media

  • Create, launch, and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (Instagram + Facebook) and TikTok Ads
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets when needed
  • Track campaign metrics and identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and conversions
  • Support online shop growth through paid advertising strategies

Content Planning & Strategy

  • Work closely with the Brand Designer to help organize and plan social media content
  • Bring creative ideas for reels, TikToks, campaigns, and trending content
  • Help structure monthly content plans aligned with the brand strategy
  • Stay updated on TikTok, Instagram, and digital trends relevant to the wellness/beverage industry
  • Write briefs, content ideas, captions, and creative direction for campaigns and videos

Reporting & Insights

  • Provide biweekly and monthly reports with campaign and social media performance
  • Analyze content and ad performance to support marketing decisions
  • Share recommendations and growth opportunities based on data and results

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, paid media, digital marketing, or similar roles
  • Experience managing Meta Ads and/or TikTok Ads campaigns
  • Experience coordinating influencers, creators, or UGC collaborations
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and social media trends
  • Ability to think creatively while also understanding performance metrics and growth strategies
  • Experience planning social media content calendars or campaign strategies
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Intermediate to advanced English required
  • Experience working with US-based brands or audiences is a strong plus
  • Experience in wellness, beverage, CPG, fitness, or lifestyle brands is a plus
