Requirements:

  • Own end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for multiple SaaS products (Product A and Product B), including launch planning, positioning, messaging, campaigns, and distribution
  • Lead beta user acquisition: identify, recruit, engage early adopters, gather feedback, and drive product adoption
  • Develop and publish launch assets and materials (landing pages, emails, onboarding sequences) and build repeatable launch playbooks and processes
  • Coordinate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure rapid, data-driven iteration and scalable GTM systems

Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead (B2B SaaS Product Launch & Growth) – Remote | Startup Environment

Position Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: Flexible with overlap for U.S. business collaboration

About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead to own the launch strategy and execution for two upcoming B2B SaaS products.

This is not a coordination role.

You will be the first GTM hire, responsible for:

  • Product launch execution
  • Beta user acquisition
  • Positioning & messaging
  • Demand generation
  • Outreach campaigns
  • Launch systems & playbooks

You’ll work directly with leadership and operate in a fast-moving startup environment where execution, iteration, and ownership matter more than hierarchy.

What You’ll Own

Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Launch (Core Focus)

  • Own the full GTM strategy and execution for:
    • Product A
    • Product B
  • Build launch plans from:
    • Positioning
    • Messaging
    • Campaigns
    • Distribution
    • User acquisition
  • Personally execute initiatives instead of delegating them
  • Apply learnings from Product A to improve Product B launches

Beta User Acquisition & Outreach

  • Identify and recruit beta users
  • Execute creative outreach strategies to engage early adopters
  • Build meaningful relationships with users and collect feedback
  • Drive early product adoption and engagement

Positioning & Messaging

  • Develop clear, compelling product positioning
  • Craft messaging that communicates:
    • Pain points
    • Value propositions
    • Product differentiation
  • Ensure messaging resonates with target audiences and drives action

Launch Campaigns & Growth Assets

  • Build:
    • Landing pages
    • Email campaigns
    • User onboarding sequences
    • Launch materials
  • Support demand generation and early growth initiatives
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and partners to execute launches successfully

Playbook & Process Development

  • Document:
    • GTM learnings
    • Launch systems
    • Outreach workflows
    • Performance insights
  • Build repeatable GTM frameworks for future launches
  • Improve launch efficiency and scalability over time
