As a Commercial Territory Manager for multiple countries in Central and Eastern Europe, you will be the face of Tenable in one of the world's regions on the most ambitious digital transformation trajectory. In 2026, "scanning for vulnerabilities" is the baseline; your mission is to help organizations master Continuous Exposure Management (CEM). You will drive growth by helping enterprises unify their risk data across IT, Cloud, Identity, and Operational Technology (OT) using the Tenable One platform.
 

The sales territory consists of the following countries - Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Cyprus, Serbia, Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Moldova, Armenia, Montenegro, Kosovo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Territory Ownership: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the territory
  • Sell the "Platform" Vision: Lead consultative engagements around the Tenable One Platform, focusing on how AI-driven insights reduce business risk.
  • Master the IT/OT Convergence: Target the manufacturing and energy sectors, bridging the gap between corporate IT and industrial OT environments.
  • AI-Enhanced Engagement: Utilize Tenable’s 2026 suite of AI tools to identify "high-intent" accounts, allowing you to spend less time on admin and more time on high-value human interaction.
  • Ecosystem Collaboration: Partner with tier-one channel partners (MSPs and VARs) to ensure "Day 1" value for every new customer.

  • The "People Person" & Traveler: You are someone who thrives on human connection. You enjoy "getting out there," hitting the road, and meeting people face-to-face. You understand that the most impactful business happens over a coffee in Athens or a meeting in Bucharest, and you welcome the travel required to make that happen.
  • Experience: 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience, specifically within the cybersecurity or cloud infrastructure market.
  • High EQ & Intentional Listening: You don’t just "pitch"; you listen with intent. You possess the self-awareness to navigate the nuances of business culture, reading between the lines to understand a customer’s true pain points. You believe that high emotional intelligence is the key to moving from "vendor" to "trusted partner."
  • The "Exposure" Mindset: You don't just sell software; you sell a reduction in cyber-risk. You understand that in 2026, identity is the new perimeter and cloud-native security is non-negotiable.
  • Technical Curiosity: Comfortable discussing AI-powered attack path analysis, Zero-Trust architectures, and the nuances of securing industrial systems.
