The Manager, Marketing Automation & Analytics will lead the systems, automation, analytics, and reporting infrastructure that powers RxBenefits’ demand generation efforts. This role is responsible for ensuring marketing efforts are measurable, scalable, integrated, and aligned to business growth objectives. This individual will oversee Salesforce and Pardot operations, marketing automation, attribution, reporting, and digital tracking infrastructure while partnering cross-functionally across demand generation, social media, content, digital marketing, sales operations, and business development teams. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of improving operational efficiency while delivering actionable insights that influence marketing performance and business decisions.

Based on relevant market data and other factors, the anticipated hiring range for this role is $105,000 to $120,000 annually. Final compensation rates will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations. This role is also short-term incentive eligible. Incentive amounts will vary by individual and business goals. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
