Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Sales Enablement Manager will play a critical role in driving disciplined execution, insightful analysis, support and operational excellence across Ergodyne’s sales organization. This role serves as a strategic business partner to sales leadership, translating data into clear insights, enabling smarter decisions, and supporting sustained, profitable growth.
This individual is both a systems-minded operator and a big-picture thinker, supporting the sales organization in total, analytics and reporting infrastructure, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools and processes that keep the sales team running effectively and efficiently.
Travel expectations are minimal, estimated 10%, with infrequent trips throughout the year. This role is based in our St Paul office Monday through Thursday, with the option to work from home on Fridays.
