As a Healthcare Technical Consulting Senior Associate you will:
· Partner with a team of healthcare, technical and project management consultants to ensure the seamless integration, data migration and system performance of Epic systems
· Leverage technical expertise in Epic modules providing support to optimize the systems functionality in workflow and technology to improve hospital operations and financial outcomes
· Provide guidance and recommendations on Epic applications offering suggestions and participating in discussions on operational and technology improvements
· Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and user satisfaction
Requirements:
· Active Epic Willow Ambulatory and/or Willow Inpatient certification with extensive knowledge of its products and solutions
· 3+ years of Epic experience providing Epic consulting in hospitals and healthcare systems
· Ability to gather requirements, lead discussions, and translate operational needs into Epic solutions
· Experience participating in system build, testing, and implementation cycles
· Project management experience with Epic implementations
· Willingness and ability to travel when necessary, however, at times you are required to provide high-level services remotely
· Current permanent U.S. Work authorization required
Preferences:
· Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS)
· PharmD or equivalent clinical pharmacy background
· Additional Epic certifications such as: ASAP, Clin Doc, Ambulatory, Inpatient
· Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
The estimated base salary range for this job will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans, which include medical, dental and vision coverage, and other wellness programs. The rate range of information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
