Diploma in Business Administration / Logistics / Supply Chain Management
Basic Microsoft Office (Excel), forecasting skills, and planning skills
Proficient in English (written and verbal)
Minimum 12 weeks internship period
Requirements:
Assist the Supply Demand Department in managing orders from multiple channels, track backorders, control inventory levels, and follow up on stock/invoice/discrepancies
Monitor delivery tracking to the Distribution Center for perishable items (milk, yogurt) according to supplier PO
Follow up incoming stock with suppliers by phone and send reminders for urgent/ad-hoc orders
Assist with preparation and compilation of reports for the Advanced Planning System (APS) project and support external purchases (online/offline) for the Pantry project
Job description
To assist the Supply & Demand Department in managing the orders coming from various channel or platform, track the backorder and control inventory level and follow up if any dispute regarding stock, invoice, default item.
To monitor & tracking delivery to DC for perishable item (milk, yogurt) according PO raised to suppliers
To assist in compiling the cash & online purchase monthly -Administration
To follow up incoming stock with suppliers by phone, reminders for urgent/adhoc order
To assist preparation - Advanced Planning System Project -compile report.
To assist on the external purchase -online platform or offline purchase to support Pantry project.
To assist on dispute stock receiving - email & pick invoice from warehouse.
Any other reasonable adhoc tasks assigned to you from time to time .
