Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Outsource Supplier/Order Fulfillment on dates and re-scheduling; ensure EMS loads top-line plans to MRP and provide supply visibility for scheduling.
  • Produce supply position summaries, metrics, Top Account reporting, and Clear to Build analysis; align with Manufacturing and SLM to ensure demand visibility across the supply chain.
  • Drive supply planning process improvements and IT projects to reduce forecast error; align Manufacturing Operations, SLM, and Order Fulfillment to meet revenue targets while minimizing expedited freight and excess inventory.

Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Liaise with the outsource manufacturing team to develop and maintain production plans in line with the monthly NCRA Global Operations Plan.
  • Ensure production plans are attainable from a supply chain perspective whilst meeting real customer demand. If constraints prevent demand from being met, provide clear direction to Sales and Order Fulfillment on required order activity.
  • Co-ordinate with the Outsource Supplier/Order Fulfillment on order need by dates and re-scheduling activities.
  • Develop supply position summaries and relevant metrics for all products for the monthly S&OP meetings.
  • Closely align with Manufacturing and SLM to ensure demand requirements are understood clearly visible to the entire supply chain. Ensure that the EMS loads the top line production plans to MRP each month.
  • Co-ordinate safe supply and demand requirements providing supply visibility to allow order scheduling to happen in line with safe supply.
  • Prepare Top Account reporting and analysis.
  • Prepare Clear to Build analysis.
  • Drive supply planning process improvement initiatives/IT projects to reduce forecast error in projected unit volumes and feature mix requirements
  • Develop alignment between Manufacturing Operations, SLM and Order Fulfillment to ensure Global Operations can support corporate revenue targets at the same time as minimizing expedite freight and excess inventory positions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5-years of expense management and card administration experience; Previous experience in corporate card administration, finance, accounting, or travel services is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with employees and vendors, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities are essential.
  • Understanding of the legalities of ethical purchasing behaviors and the ability to work with Legal on assuring those aspects.
  • Ability to indirectly influence and lead cross-functional teams, including a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally (e.g., project teams) at all organizational levels and/or with outside professionals.
  • Effective time/resource management and project management skills/capabilities
  • Proficiency with expense management and travel booking systems (e.g., Navan, Citi Manager) is required along with strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

ยท BA/BS undergraduate degree or professional qualification equivalent.

ยท Strategic planning and change management skills.


Work Environment:

Office Environnent. Ability to travel (international) to support projects (as required); with extended hours during peak work times.


Key Competencies/Skills:

Excellent project management, written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required as well as the ability to work in a matrix management environment.
