Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end EDI order data flow and supporting analytical models to enable accurate, scalable reporting and insights across the order management lifecycle. Ensure timely and accurate order movement across key platforms (e.g., SAP, JDE, and transportation systems), improving shipment visibility, delivery performance, and overall customer experience while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Serve as a key liaison between order management, logistics, and external freight forwarders to define requirements, validate order and shipment data, and resolve process gaps that impact execution.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies within the order-to-delivery process across EDI and ERP systems, standardizing communication practices, and supporting scalable solutions that enhance operational consistency and service reliability.
Minimum Requirement:
Degree level qualification; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
