Copywriter (Conversion-Focused Marketing)

Location:
Remote
Compensation: $1300 - $1600

Position Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven Copywriter who understands how to create messaging that converts.
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience writing:

  • landing pages
  • email campaigns
  • nurture sequences
  • paid ad copy
  • funnel messaging

You will work closely with the marketing team to develop high-converting campaigns across multiple industries including healthcare, restaurants, fitness, ecommerce, and professional services.
We are looking for someone who combines creativity with data-driven thinking and understands how copy impacts conversions, engagement, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Landing Pages & Funnel Copy

  • Write and optimize high-converting landing pages, sales pages, and lead generation funnels
  • Develop messaging tailored to different audience stages (awareness, consideration, conversion)
  • Improve CTA performance, offer positioning, and conversion flow
  • Collaborate with designers and marketers to align visuals and messaging

Email Marketing & Lifecycle Campaigns

  • Write cold outreach emails, nurture sequences, newsletters, and promotional campaigns
  • Develop lifecycle messaging for lead generation, retention, and re-engagement
  • Support segmentation-based email marketing strategies
  • Optimize subject lines, hooks, CTAs, and conversion-focused messaging


Paid Advertising & Campaign Support

  • Write ad copy for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other paid channels
  • Create performance-driven hooks and messaging frameworks
  • Support campaign testing and copy iterations based on results



Content & Optimization

  • Conduct audience research and competitor analysis
  • Support SEO-aware landing page and website content creation
  • Analyze campaign performance and improve messaging based on engagement and conversion data
  • Assist with A/B testing initiatives for headlines, CTAs, and offers



Requirements

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years of experience in copywriting, conversion-focused marketing, or digital marketing
  • Strong portfolio showcasing landing pages, email campaigns, and conversion-focused copy
  • Experience writing for B2B and/or B2C audiences
  • Strong understanding of direct-response copywriting principles
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills
  • Ability to adapt tone and messaging across industries and audiences
  • Familiarity with conversion metrics and campaign optimization


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or GoHighLevel
  • Experience supporting paid advertising campaigns
  • Understanding of funnel stages (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU)
  • SEO and search intent optimization experience
  • Experience with A/B testing and CRO principles
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted copywriting workflows and tools
