Job Summary

We’re seeking a confident and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to manage high-volume inbound appointment setting for paid advertising leads. This role is ideal for someone experienced in remote sales jobs and appointment setting environments where performance metrics, process consistency, and communication skills are essential.

You’ll engage with inbound leads generated from Meta/Facebook campaigns, follow proven scripts, handle objections effectively, and convert prospects into booked appointments for the sales team.

This role suits candidates comfortable making a large number of calls daily and performing in a highly structured, metrics-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience handling paid ads leads (Meta/Facebook leads preferred)
  • Must understand KPI-driven environments and confidently discuss previous metrics/performance
  • Advanced spoken English with minimal accent and strong communication skills
  • Clear, confident phone presence with strong call control
  • Not soft-spoken, passive, or overly verbose on calls
  • Comfortable following scripts exactly while maintaining natural delivery
  • Strong objection handling abilities
  • Accurate with CRM updates and data entry
  • Process-oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Emotionally steady and comfortable handling high daily call volumes (150–250 calls/day)
  • GoHighLevel experience strongly preferred (highly valued)
  • Experience using Slack required/preferred for team collaboration
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce CRM accepted
  • Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude preferred
  • Familiarity with Airtable, Slite, and Google Workspace is a plus
