What You’ll Do:

In this role, you will be at the center of our litigation practice, working closely with attorneys to move cases forward efficiently and strategically. Your contributions will include:

  • Partnering with attorneys to develop legal arguments, motions, and key case filings
  • Conducting in-depth research and analyzing case materials to support litigation strategy
  • Drafting and managing discovery, including Requests for Production, Interrogatories, and Requests for Admissions
  • Preparing trial and arbitration binders, organizing exhibits, and supporting deposition preparation
  • Reviewing and managing document productions, including redaction and Bates stamping
  • Drafting preservation of evidence and document request letters
  • Coordinating medical record collection, processing HIPAA authorizations, and summarizing records for case use
  • Supporting overall case management and contributing to a high-performing legal team

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Employment Litigation experience, including PAGA matters
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $105,000

 

Please note that the stated salary range is an estimate and does not guarantee a specific offer. Actual compensation will be determined based on market location, as well as the candidate’s experience, skills, and job-related qualifications. Base salary represents just one component of the comprehensive Total Rewards package offered by Kaufman Dolowich, which also includes a discretionary and billable hours-based bonus program and a robust benefits offering for full-time employees.
