Roles & Responsibilities

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition, or similar role in a startup/scale-up and international environment.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles, seniorities, and regions.

Requirements:

  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition across multiple regions and roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from role definition to offer and onboarding.
  • Define and execute an employer branding strategy, maintain recruitment content and EVP, and leverage platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Welcome to the Jungle) to attract high-potential candidates.
  • Monitor and optimise recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate experience) and ensure consistent, fair processes across entities; train hiring managers on best practices.
  • Drive continuous process improvements, align recruitment with business goals and post-acquisition integration, and manage candidate pipelines using Teamtailor.

YOUR ROLE

At Kolsquare, people are at the heart of our success!

This role is a newly created position reporting to the VP People.

Within the People team, your role will be to support all Kolsquare teams at the group level in order to recruit our future talent, creating a smooth recruitment experience both for candidates and managers, while strengthening our employer brand and supporting onboarding and new hire experience across the group.

You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR partners, aligning talent strategies with our business goals. Your focus will be on building a diverse, future-ready talent pipeline while continuously improving sourcing methods, assessment practices, and employer branding. Your expertise in recruitment will be key to driving innovation and excellence in how we attract and retain the best minds.

What will you do?

1. Talent Acquisition
  • Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans using market intelligence, competitive benchmarking, and internal workforce needs to attract top-tier talent.

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide variety of roles, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience, from role definition, posting and sourcing to technical assessments and offer management;

  • Partner closely with team.blue HR teams to ensure recruitment processes comply with local entity requirements and internal procedures.

  • Act as the main point of contact for hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

  • Monitor and optimize recruitment KPIs, with a strong focus on time-to-fill, candidate experience, and quality of hire.

  • Ensure a consistent, structured, and fair recruitment process across all entities. Train and support hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interviews, and decision-making.

  • Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on role scoping, seniority, market insights, and hiring strategies.

  • Challenge and align hiring needs with business priorities and headcount planning.

  • Coordinate stakeholders across countries and entities to ensure smooth and timely hiring decisions.

  • Support onboarding coordination and contribute to creating a smooth and consistent new hire experience across entities.

2. Employer Branding
  • Contribute to the definition and deployment of Kolsquare’s employer branding strategy, in close collaboration with the People team and Marketing/Comms when relevant.

  • Ensure a consistent and attractive employer value proposition across all entities and countries.

  • Own and maintain recruitment-related content (career page, job descriptions, recruitment messaging) to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with Kolsquare’s culture and values.

  • Leverage platforms like GitHub, LinkedIn, Welcome to the Jungle, and Stack Overflow to proactively identify and engage high-potential candidates.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to highlight employee stories, career paths, and group culture as part of talent attraction efforts.

  • Continuously improve the candidate experience as a core pillar of employer branding.

  • Monitor employer branding indicators (candidate feedback, recruitment funnel performance, market perception) and propose improvement actions.

3. Process & Continuous Improvement
  • Continuously improve recruitment and employer branding to ensure scalability, efficiency, harmonisation, and alignment between a scale-up environment and a group.

  • Contribute to People data tracking and reporting related to recruitment and employer branding.

  • Actively support post-acquisition integration by aligning recruitment across newly integrated entities.

  • Use Teamtailor to manage candidate pipelines, track recruitment metrics, and ensure data-driven decision-making.

  • Participate and support the people team in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE

Must-haves 🫵

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition, or similar role in a start-up, scale-up, and international environment.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

  • Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and seniority levels.

  • Proven experience managing recruitment across multiple regions and technical domains;

  • Strong ability to assess talent and familiarity with various interview formats and assessment tools;

  • A strategic, hands-on partner with strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities, with the ability to influence and train hiring managers.

  • Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on KPIs and process optimisation.
