  • Develop and fine-tune conversational flows using intents and entities; train models on platforms such as Lex
  • Collaborate on conversational UX to improve customer support experiences
  • Analyze performance metrics and communicate insights to stakeholders

Estamos en busca de un perfil AI Linguist

Requisitos:

Experiencia en proyectos de IA conversacional o chatbots.

Conocimiento de Amazon Lex.

Experiencia en NLP (Natural Language Processing).

Capacidad para diseñar conversaciones naturales y eficientes.

Experiencia trabajando con intents, entidades y entrenamiento de modelos.

Buenas habilidades analíticas y de comunicación.

Valorable:

Experiencia con otras plataformas conversacionales (Dialogflow, Watson Assistant, Rasa, etc.).

Conocimientos de UX conversacional.

Experiencia en asistentes virtuales de atención al cliente.

Inglés alto.
