Roles & Responsibilities

  • 2–6 years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Campaign Management within digital advertising, media agency, healthcare marketing, or pharmaceutical media environments.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, media strategy, campaign performance metrics, and client KPIs, with the ability to develop strategic, client-focused solutions.
  • Proven experience managing agency and client relationships in fast-paced, client-service-driven environments with excellent communication, presentation, and expectation-management skills.
  • Familiarity with media-buying terminology and digital ad-serving/reporting platforms (Google Ad Manager, AdBook, DoubleVerify, IAS), plus proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com); bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

  • Partner with Sales to develop strategic proposals and integrated campaign solutions aligned to client objectives, KPIs, and performance goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact across assigned accounts, building trusted relationships with clients and agency partners while leading day-to-day communication and campaign execution.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination across Sales, Ad Operations, Performance Marketing, Content, Influencer Relations, Analytics, and Finance to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns and programs.
  • Own campaign and project management responsibilities including timelines, budgets, deliverables, reporting, and overall account health; proactively identify operational or client risks and drive solutions.

We are seeking a strategic and client-focused Account Manager to support clients across integrated marketing, media, and communications initiatives. This role serves as a key day-to-day partner to both clients and internal teams, helping drive campaign execution, maintain strong client relationships, and ensuring high-quality delivery across programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present campaign performance, strategic insights, and recommendations clearly and effectively to both internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Represent and advocate for HealthCentral’s products, capabilities, and point of view across client and agency interactions.
Requirements


  • 2–6 years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Campaign Management within a digital advertising, media agency, healthcare marketing, or pharmaceutical media environment.

  • Strategic thinker with sound judgment and strong problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating client challenges, troubleshooting issues, and remaining calm under pressure.
  • High emotional intelligence and professionalism with the ability to build trust, collaborate effectively, and contribute positively to team and client relationships.
  • Familiarity with media-buying terminology and digital ad-serving/reporting platforms including Google Ad Manager (GAM), AdBook, DoubleVerify, and IAS.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools such as Monday.com.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
