  • Proficiency with tools such as Business Central, Microsoft CRM, Salesforce, Word, and Power BI; advanced Excel; SQL or Python a plus.

Requirements:

  • Produce monthly financial statements including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow; manage budgeting and rolling 12-month forecasts.
  • Analyze financial, sales, revenue, and operational data to identify trends and support forecasting and strategic planning; build and maintain dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
  • Track pipeline metrics and forecasting accuracy in partnership with Sales Leadership; maintain CRM data integrity and support sales operations (territory management, quota tracking).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency across the customer journey and perform other analytical tasks as required.

Role Summary

The Financial and Planning analyst plays a critical role in supporting Educate 360’s go-to-market strategy by transforming data into insights that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for analyzing financial, sales and operational performance, maintaining data accuracy across systems, and developing dashboards and reports that enable leadership and teams to make informed, data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of the financial statement process, the sales process and how to predict future revenue streams, and cross-functional collaboration.

  

Main Responsibilities

  • Monthly financial statement production including balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement. 
  • Budgeting and forecasting skills, including rolling 12-month forecast.
  • Analyze financial, sales, revenue and other operational data to identify trends and support forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for senior leadership and others as required.
  • Track pipeline metrics, performance indicators, and forecasting accuracy in partnership with Sales Leadership.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and accounts.
  • Support sales operations activities, including territory management, quota tracking, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent data, reporting, and visibility across the customer journey.
  • Other analytic exercises as required.
Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in FP&A.
  • Strong proficiency with a variety of tools including Business Central, Microsoft CRM, Salesforce, Word, Power BI, etc.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL or Python a plus.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and influence without authority.
