Looking to gain real-world experience in sales, client support, and employee benefits? InterLutions, a credit union service organization (CUSO) owned by Corporate Central Credit Union, is seeking a motivated Sales Support Intern to assist our team as we deliver innovative employee benefit solutions to credit unions across the country.


This internship is a great opportunity for a student interested in sales, business operations, HR, or insurance to learn in a supportive, professional environment while making a meaningful impact. This role supports InterLutions’ mission of helping credit unions deliver meaningful benefits to their employees and members.


What You’ll Learn & Support

  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings with prospective and existing clients
  • Help prepare meeting materials and support post-meeting follow-up
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and support sales pipeline organization
  • Support renewal activities by organizing data, documents, and timelines with guidance from the sales and client services teams
  • Assist the client services team with administrative and client-facing tasks
  • Help with reporting, data cleanup, and basic process improvement projects
  • Gain exposure to employee benefits, client relationship management, and sales operations
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Insurance, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, Word); CRM experience is a plus but not required
