Working Student / Intern (m/f/d) – Business Development | Sales & Expansion - Spain

As a Working Student / Intern (m/f/d) in Business Development within our Sales & Expansion Team, you’ll help us explore new markets and inspire potential partners to join our mission. You will:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach and personalized communication.
• Engage potential partners via professional outbound calls and emails - with the goal of building strong, lasting relationships.
• Qualify leads and forward high-potential opportunities to the appropriate Sales Executives for further development and closure.
• Effectively communicate Floy’s value proposition, showcasing the impact of our products and services on patient care and radiology workflows.
• Collaborate with the team to design and execute market-entry strategies for different countries.
• Support marketing initiatives by following up on leads generated through campaigns, conferences, and industry events.

• You’re currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree - ideally in Business, Economics, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills: you know how to spark interest and create meaningful conversations, whether via email, phone, or in person.
• A positive and energetic mindset: your enthusiasm motivates both prospects and teammates.
• A goal-driven attitude: you’re motivated to exceed expectations and celebrate achievements.
• Native-level language skills in German and Spanish, strong proficiency in English.
• A hands-on mentality and readiness to take ownership within a fast-paced, dynamic team.
