Job Description Summary
Responsible for facilitating the completion of projects by coordinating the activities of the entire team. This position builds a team of employees, each with a core role in accomplishing a project, and develops ways for team members to interact and report progress. Additionally, this role delegates tasks to individual project managers, setting clear standards for their work to integrate each task into a completed project. In addition, this position oversees and manages progress and alignment with departmental and organizational goals and expectations. Additionally, this role coordinates multiple project management members across numerous simultaneous projects on a daily basis. Responsibilities for this role include supporting the delivery of projects for system-wide marketing initiatives.

Oversees and leads necessary staff and stakeholders to set appropriate project scopes and develop executable project plans. Monitors project risks and scope creep early and often to foresee potential problems and proactively identify and present solutions to management. Compares budgetary and timeline restrictions, ensuring the brand is followed and researching technology and innovations related to a project to improve quality results. Performs other duties as assigned. Develops personnel and operational budgets reflecting appropriate funding for all relevant functions and programs. Monitors and evaluates spending with a goal of maximizing cost-effectiveness of operations. Produces financial and operational reports as requested. Provides feedback to employees about their performance and tracks their progress. Provides training and education on project management tools and systems as needed. Reports and updates the Director about the steps taken as Senior Project Manager to lead the team and create innovative ideas for future projects. Has a high level of independence for their own actions at work, reporting to clients and company leaders about the progress of their team and processes. Collaborates with Process Improvement and Business Support functional areas to justify and prioritize Automation projects. Works with the Quality Audit, Training, and Education team to implement automations and train citizen developers.

• Understand the business need for each project and make ongoing decisions based on what’s best for the organization. [Required]
• Ability to conduct research and analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources. [Required]
• Ability to design, structure, implement, and oversee multiple projects and teams simultaneously and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external parties, including executives, employees, physicians, and consumers. [Required]
• Ability to identify opportunities and solve problems; comfortable with ambiguity and creating structure. [Required]
• Has conceptual familiarity with project management tools & methodologies; Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. [Required]
• Ability to work through risk management, budget & resource planning, project documentation, and schedule tracking. [Required]
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and synthesize a broad set of information and translate high-level concepts into actionable items. [Required]
• Understanding and knowledge of the general principles and practices of healthcare administration and marketing. [Required]
• Excellent judgment, analytical and interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and diplomatically negotiate a common approach. Ability to interact with all levels of management and work collaboratively and individually to achieve stated goals. [Required]
