2. Community Management (High Priority)

  • Respond to every comment and DM across platforms
  • Maintain fast response times (especially within the first hour of posting)
  • Build active engagement with the audience
  • Drive conversations — not just replies

3. Brand Voice & Copywriting

  • Write engaging captions tailored to each platform
  • Maintain a tone that is:
    • Sharp
    • Witty
    • Fun
    • Knowledgeable when needed
  • Adapt messaging based on audience behavior

4. Organic Growth & Engagement

  • Increase:
    • Comments
    • Shares
    • Conversations
  • Identify opportunities to:
    • Spark discussions

5. Content Calendar & Execution Discipline

  • Plan and maintain weekly/monthly content schedules
