Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Development Representative (SDR) with SaaS sales experience to support a growing global EdTech business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured sales environments, enjoys managing client relationships, and can confidently engage with B2B prospects in both Arabic and English.

The ideal candidate combines outbound sales expertise with strong account management and customer service capabilities. You will work closely with sales and client success teams to drive pipeline growth, nurture prospects, and provide an exceptional client experience throughout the sales journey.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, SaaS sales, or B2B outbound sales.
  • 1+ years experience selling online educational products, digital learning solutions, or testing platforms is highly preferred.
  • Strong experience with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working within structured sales processes and KPI-driven environments.
  • Experience in account management or client-facing support roles is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
