We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Partner Manager to help drive growth in the DACH region. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring and developing new partnerships that align with the company's business objectives, while also ensuring existing partnerships are nurtured and maintained. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in partner management, business development, and a strong understanding of the DACH market.

How you will contribute to our success:

  • Identify and prospect new partnerships that align with the company's business objectives in the dedicated region.

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders in potential partner companies and maintain ongoing communication to ensure successful partnerships.

  • Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to maximize results.

  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements with potential partners, ensuring the terms are favorable to both parties.

  • Manage existing partnerships, ensuring ongoing communication and effective collaboration to drive growth and value for both parties.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

  • At least 3 years of experience in partner management or business development, with a focus on the DACH Region.

  • Proven track record of acquiring and developing successful partnerships.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Fluent in German and English, or with additional languages such as Spanish, French and Dutch being a plus.

  • Working knowledge of AI tools, capabilities, and limitations, with the ability to translate them into practical partner and customer value
