JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS
- Desenvolver e manter chatbots e agentes inteligentes utilizando Python;
- Criar fluxos conversacionais e arquiteturas de agentes, incluindo cenários multi-agentes;
- Trabalhar com frameworks como LangChain, LlamaIndex e CrewAI;
- Integrar soluções com APIs de LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini);
- Aplicar técnicas de Prompt Engineering e contexto conversacional;
- Desenvolver APIs backend utilizando FastAPI e/ou Flask;
- Implementar integrações via Model Context Protocol (MCP);
- Trabalhar com bancos relacionais e vetoriais;
- Garantir qualidade através de testes automatizados com Pytest;
- Atuar com Docker, CI/CD e monitoramento das soluções em produção;
- Contribuir tecnicamente com a evolução das arquiteturas e boas práticas do time.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Experiência sólida com Python backend;
- Vivência com desenvolvimento de chatbots e agentes de IA;
- Experiência com LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI ou frameworks similares;
- Conhecimento em APIs de LLMs e IA Generativa;
- Experiência com FastAPI e/ou Flask;
- Conhecimento em PostgreSQL;
- Experiência com bancos vetoriais como Pinecone, Milvus ou ChromaDB;
- Experiência com Docker e pipelines CI/CD;
- Conhecimento em testes automatizados com Pytest;
- Conhecimento em observabilidade e monitoramento de aplicações.
