Job description

Code Maestro, an AI co-pilot that transforms how game developers build, debug, and scale their projects, is looking for a Business Development Manager to help expand our presence worldwide.

We recently won Unicorn Battle in Cyprus, and we’re now actively growing our commercial direction within the gaming industry.

We are looking for a sales/business development professional with experience working with game studios, strong communication skills, and the ability to build long-term partnerships in a fast-moving startup environment.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the gaming industry.

  • Existing strong network and established relationships within the game development industry, particularly among mid-sized and large studios.

  • Experience communicating with decision-makers and stakeholders at game studios.

  • Understanding of game development pipelines and industry challenges.

  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle: outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closing.

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

  • Comfortable operating with high autonomy in a startup environment.

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
