ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an A-player who is experienced and passionate about digital marketing & client relations to serve as a Senior Account Manager for NPAccel.

This candidate should have demonstrated expertise in SEO, CRO & Paid Media and the drive to grow with our rapidly expanding agency.

This role manages our largest, most complex, and strategic accounts. Working both as an individual contributor and collaboratively with a team, this role is both the commercial and strategic lead on our client engagements. Senior Account Managers are responsible for high levels of client retention and growth.

The ideal candidate for this role has top level digital expertise in SEO and Paid Media, superior communication skills, and a strong desire to learn and grow in a digital agency environment.

Demonstrated, hands-on experience managing multiple clients is required. We are seeking strong performers with a track record of success that need an environment where they can have an impact and thrive.

As a Senior Account Manager you will consult, strategize, and manage the execution of complex digital marketing strategies. The Senior Account Manager will also work closely with the internal client team to create program strategy, obtain client approvals, keep the project on schedule, and ensure client requirements and business goals are well-defined and achieved.

This is a newly created role to support our growing team. To qualify, candidates must reside and be eligible to work in the US.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interface with clients and support account team to deliver for clients across a wide array of industries.
  • Demonstrate confidence and authority as the day-to-day voice of the agency.
  • Use a data-driven approach via web analytics for monitoring and reporting of online marketing campaigns.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of each clients’ business including key issues, competitive situations and industry trends.
  • Demonstrate good judgment, ability to foresee potential issues, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Effectively present the agency’s POV, recommendations, and deliverables to a range of client audiences.
  • Serve as a thought leader and client advocate for new technologies, platforms, and programs.
  • Work alongside other Account Managers and Leadership to create roadmaps, plan strategic initiatives & lead optimization efforts to hit client goals and targets.
  • Ability to define KPIs and deliver on client objectives and targets for volume and ROI.
  • Work closely with vendors to ensure quality deliverables for our customers.
  • Prevent client escalations by providing an exceptional experience for our customers. Handle escalations appropriately when the need arises.
  • Other duties as assigned.

ABOUT YOU

  • 3-5 years’ account management experience in an agency environment required.
  • 5-7 years' digital marketing experience (agency or client-side) required, specifically experience with SEO & Paid Media.
  • Experience working with mid-size and large companies preferred ($5 million in annual revenue and above).
  • Hands-on experience with SEO practices and implementation.
  • A passion for marketing and client services.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and efficiently in order to meet organizational goals.
  • Deadline-oriented, and able to deliver high quality work to clients under pressure.
  • Excellent analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Google AdWords, Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Self-motivated, self-starter, able to independently execute with minimal supervision in a fast-paced agency environment with rapidly changing priorities.

ABOUT THE COMPENSATION

  • Base Salary: USD $65,000.00 to $85,000.00; depending on experience and skills
  • Commission eligible
