Our global-scale operations are based on strong internal expertise, analytics, and data research. We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive growth across key VIP performance metrics, including NGR, retention, reactivation, churn reduction, and LTV optimization for top-tier players

  • Develop and implement VIP strategies for both casino and sportsbook products, including segmentation, tier structures, bonus economics, and lifecycle management

  • Set and achieve quarterly and annual VIP revenue targets in close collaboration with the CEO and CFO

  • Build, scale, and lead a distributed team of VIP managers and hosts across major regions, including CIS, LATAM, Asia, and Europe

  • Establish team operating standards, including KPIs, incentive schemes, coaching processes, and senior-level hiring practices

  • Personally manage top-tier clients through hosting, gifting, event organization, retention initiatives, and escalation handling

  • Make strategic decisions regarding limits, bonuses, and dispute resolution for high-value accounts

  • Design sportsbook-focused retention initiatives, such as odds boosts, cashback campaigns, in-play VIP experiences, and activations around major sporting events (UCL, NFL, NBA, F1, combat sports)

  • Build crypto-native VIP experiences, including instant payouts, multi-chain functionality, on-chain rewards, and token-gated benefits

  • Work cross-functionally with CRM, Product, Payments, Compliance, and Trading teams

  • Represent the brand at industry conferences, networking events, and exclusive private gatherings

Skills you’ll need to bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in VIP or player value roles within the iGaming industry, including at least 3 years in crypto casino and/or crypto sportsbook operations

  • Proven track record of driving measurable VIP contribution to NGR growth

  • Hands-on experience building and managing distributed VIP teams of 10+ people

  • Strong understanding of sportsbook economics, including margin optimization, liability management, and collaboration with trading teams

  • Well-developed network of contacts among crypto high-rollers, affiliates, and VIP hosts

  • Ability to make fast-paced commercial decisions in real time

Nice to have:

  • Experience launching VIP programs from the ground up in new markets

  • Experience working with affiliates generating VIP traffic

  • Established connections with crypto platforms, OTC desks, and VIP event organizers
