Your mission will be to create and adapt high-performing visual content for paid campaigns across multiple markets, combining strong editing skills with creative thinking to produce ads that capture attention and drive conversions.

As Video Editor
Edit and deliver high-quality, short-form engaging videos for Social Ads (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts).
Transform marketing ideas and scripts into engaging ad creatives that capture attention in the first seconds.
Support with the creation of images for ad campaigns through social media.
Ensure brand consistency in tone, storytelling, and visual style across all edits.
Develop multiple variations of ads (hooks, pacing, formats, visuals) to support creative testing and campaign optimization.
Apply knowledge of a Marketing and ads strategy (audience retention, pacing, thumbnails, watch-time optimization) to help improve video performance.
Collaborate with the growth team to iterate quickly on creatives based on campaign learnings and performance insights.
Assist with subtitling, cross-language adaptations, and visual localization when needed.
As Team Member
Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and aligned content delivery.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative ideation for advertising campaigns.
Bring a proactive mindset and curiosity about what makes advertising creatives perform better.
Long story short: What will your first days in Metricool look like?
• First month:
You’ll focus on getting familiar with the workflows, tools, and brand style. You’ll start editing short-form content with guidance, and collaborate closely with the team.
• First quarter:
You’ll begin managing a steady stream of short-form edits independently and support with images and other creativities. You’ll start pitching small creative ideas and helping evolve the visual storytelling of our social ads.
• To the moon:
You’ll become a core part of our growth marketing team — confidently handling video ads, balancing content priorities, and contributing to the creative direction of our social ads strategy across markets.
Job requirements. You’ll be successful on your mission if you meet the following:
Experience:
At least 3 years of proven experience editing both short-form and creating images, especially for social media platforms.
Previous work editing content for multilingual platforms or international audiences.
Experience creating video content for paid social campaigns or performance marketing is highly valued.
Education: Degree in Audiovisual Communications, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, media or a related field is highly valued.
Languages:
Fluent in Spanish with an advanced level of English (spoken and written).
French or German language skills are a strong plus, especially for localization, subtitling, and adapting long-form content for wider audiences.
Hard skills
Technical proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and InDesign.
Basic motion graphics in After Effects or similar software is a plus.
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and what drives attention on Social Media. (hooks, pacing, visual rhythm).

What are the steps of the hiring process?
• First interview (30 minutes) with Alba from our People’s department to know each other, know more about the company and our culture, the position and the team, and if your background and aspirations fit the profile.
• Second interview (1 hour) with Sara, our Growth Marketing Manager, and Isabel, our CMO, to verify the fit with the profile and the team.
• Team meeting with our current video editors – a chance to meet the people you’d be working closely with and get a feel for the team dynamic.
• Final language test (if applicable) to evaluate your proficiency in French or German.
