Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager, Digital Marketing to support the execution and coordination of marketing campaigns across multiple accounts and internal teams. In this role, you’ll serve as the operational backbone of the creative and marketing process, ensuring projects move smoothly, timelines stay on track, and communication remains clear between internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners. You’ll oversee the flow of creative assets, approvals, feedback, and project deliverables while helping teams stay aligned and accountable throughout the campaign lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced agency environments, enjoys solving operational challenges, and takes pride in driving projects to successful completion.

Core Tasks:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for asset approvals and other tasks
  • Managing the flow of creative files, copy, and feedback between internal teams and agencies
  • Track and enforce brand-specific processes and workflows
  • Document clear action items and next steps after meetings
  • Own follow-ups to ensure completion of various project tasks on time 
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables to keep campaigns on track and on schedule 
  • Support other teams by removing blockers and ensuring tasks are completed on time 
  • Proactively address delays by having candid conversations with internal team members 
  • Maintain organized records of assets, feedback, and campaign approvals 
  • Coordinate and schedule calls between internal team members and clients

Must Haves:

  • 3+ years of of experience in project management, preferably in an agency setting
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills 
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through 
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously 
  • Proficiency in project management and communication tools like Clickup (preferred)
  • Ability to work full-time EST

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Familiarity with campaign management workflows and agency operations
