Job description

Who is Forcepoint?

Forcepoint simplifies security for global businesses and governments. Forcepoint’s all-in-one, truly cloud-native platform makes it easy to adopt Zero Trust and prevent the theft or loss of sensitive data and intellectual property no matter where people are working. 20+ years in business. 2.7k employees. 150 countries. 11k+ customers. 300+ patents. If our mission excites you, you’re in the right place; we want you to bring your own energy to help us create a safer world. All we’re missing is you!

What you'll do

Lead generation

Be the detective of the cybersecurity world. Use social channels, industry events, and databases to uncover high-potential leads — and spotlight markets nobody else has spotted yet.

Outreach

Engage prospects through calls, emails, and professional social. Position yourself as a trusted advisor on their data security journey, not a vendor running a script.

Qualification

Listen for pain points before pitching anything. Ask insightful questions. Tailor what we offer to what they actually need — that's how trust gets earned in 12 minutes.

Appointment setting

You're the bridge between prospect and AE. Book the high-quality meetings and demos that let the sales team show what Forcepoint can actually do in the prospect's environment.

Skills development

Stay current on modern techniques, evolving buyer behavior, and emerging tech. Use AI tools — Copilot, Gong, Claude — to research, personalize, streamline, and refine. Every week, get sharper.

Collaboration

Work side-by-side with sales and marketing. Optimize your approach. Steal good plays from teammates. Bring some back.

Reporting

Maintain accurate records of every prospect engagement. Provide regular updates on lead generation activity and outcomes. Numbers tell the story of the week.

What we look for

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years in a sales or lead generation role, preferably within cybersecurity.

Approach

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to lead generation.
