Senior Graphic Designer — Remote

Responsibilities:
• Create accurate, brand‑compliant, and visually compelling cross‑channel design solutions for print, from brief to final production.
• Produce mechanical layouts using original designs, existing compositions, or incomplete files while meeting industry standards.
• Redesign layouts from existing compositions while maintaining brand integrity.
• Enhance designs to meet WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards.
• Prepare design files correctly for print and digital production.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure designs meet requirements, budgets, and deadlines.
• Attend client meetings and clearly communicate design concepts and rationale.
• Provide brand guidance to ensure a consistent look and feel across materials.
• Advise clients on appropriate design and communication solutions.
• Respond to client inquiries or escalate to senior team members when appropriate.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion.
• Ensure quality control standards are followed and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Document, organize, and store all project files and approvals.
• Provide proofreading and editing to ensure accuracy and quality of final materials.
What you will need to succeed:
• 2-4 years graphic design, new media design, or information design diploma or degree from a recognized institution.
• 5-7 years of graphic design experience in a fast‑paced, client‑oriented environment.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience with Figma and After Effects, with animation skills considered an asset.
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Dreamweaver considered an advantage.
• Professional understanding of the Apple operating system and ecosystem.
• Experience designing print media as well as web assets, social media cards, digital ads, email campaigns, and animation.
• Ability to follow corporate brand guidelines with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong communication, customer service, teamwork, and time management skills.
• Ability to present concepts, sketches, and mood boards clearly and professionally.
• Strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating creativity and critical thinking.
• English, written and spoken, with bilingualism considered an asset for client and stakeholder interactions.
