Job Summary:

Designs, implements, and optimizes intelligent AI, machine learning and automation solutions across Integrated Health Technologies’ healthcare ecosystem. Focuses on building scalable, compliant, and efficient AI-driven automation workflows that enhance clinical decision support, streamline administrative operations, and improve patient engagement. Requires strong experience developing AI/ML solutions, robotic process automation (RPA), and healthcare data standards, with a commitment to ethical AI practices and regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Designs, builds, and deploys AI-powered automation workflows for clinical and administrative use cases.
Integrates machine learning models into RPA platforms and enterprise systems.
Develops APIs and microservices to support automation pipelines.
Leverages Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocols to enable secure communication between AI agents, potentially across cloud environments.
Leverages Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enable AI agents to interface with other systems.
Ensures solutions meet scalability, performance, and compliance requirements.
Provides technical guidance to junior engineers and automation developers.
Conducts code reviews and enforce best practices in automation development.
Collaborates with Lead AI Developer to align automation initiatives with broader AI strategy.
Supports MLOps practices for continuous integration and deployment of automation solutions.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education
