Job Summary

To coordinate and execute escheat tasks for RynohEscheat Pro clients, as well as maintain compliance requirements in the Rynoh escheat admin data-base and communicate effectively with clients and their escheat payees.
What You Will Do As A Client Support Specialist
Ensure RynohEscheat Pro clients are properly set up in Rynoh including bank accounts activated, holder(s) set up, Pro Letterhead uploaded, and imports, if needed.
Daily escheat due diligence requirements, including but not limited to creating and sending due diligence letters, responding to payee requests, updating Rynoh Escheat transactions with notes, and reaching out to clients for check reissues.
Quarterly compliance review and maintenance of escheat database.
Responsible for filing state NAUPA reports, as assigned.
General knowledge of escheat module, requirements, and ability to troubleshoot and correct any errors
Successfully handle any duties as assigned by manager with little to no supervision
Maintains an overall awareness of functions of RynohLive software to answer any questions or troubleshoot any problems for customers.
What You Will Bring As A Client Support Specialist
High school diploma or GED
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a client support setting.
Must have a greater than average understanding of computers and software with little to no hesitations on how to fix general computer problems.
Must be a driven self-starter with a positive mindset and have the proven ability to work with little to no supervision.
Must be able to multi-task and manage workload.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage your own schedule.
Proven flexibility to meet the ever-changing needs of a growing business is a must.
Written and oral communication skills are a must, with the ability to interact in person and over the phone with people from all backgrounds.
Microsoft Office Products experience required.
Must be able to pass background check.
Experience in banking and/or the title industry is preferred.
Experience in an IT setting with client interaction is preferred.
Knowledge of online banking systems preferred.
Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload
