We are searching for the best talent for a District Business Manager to join our J&J Vision team. The district for this position will include Cleveland OH, parts of Columbus OH, Pittsburgh PA and Michigan. This is a remote position with the ideal candidate residing in Cleveland, OH or Detroit, MI.
Purpose:
The District Business Manager (DBM) has full responsibility for delivering and executing the district’s business strategy and tactics, developing strong business relationships with partners, people development and building a balanced talent pipeline. The DBM is responsible for the Surgical Vision business within the assigned district and will collaborate closely with other functional partners to achieve aligned goals.
