Job description

About the team

Our AI Transformation team builds scalable, high-touch motions that help enterprise leaders move from curiosity about AI to practical transformation. We partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Solutions, Customer Success, Legal/Security, and other stakeholders to turn executive experiences into real business outcomes.

About the role

We’re looking for a senior leader to build and run a new OpenAI executive transformation motion that turns “aha” moments into hands-on execution inside customer organizations. You will design a repeatable program that creates executives who are internal champions, embeds adoption into their operating rhythms, and feeds real-world learning back into OpenAI.

What you’ll do

  • Define and launch the Executive Transformation Program

    • Build the program strategy, operating model, quality bar, and “embedded experience” mechanics

    • Design invitation-only executive build sessions and cohorts where leaders leave with tangible workflows to automate

  • Convert executive experiences into account motion

    • Ensure every attendee has ownership and a clear follow-up path

    • Help attendees become internal champions, with shareable artifacts that spread adoption

    • Partner with Sales/Marketing to connect experiences to pursuits, expansion, and executive relationships

  • Run the embedded experience & create transformation artifacts

    • Design post-event follow-through: ownership, handoffs, content reuse, internal artifacts

    • Produce outputs like transformation memos, build-session artifacts, how-to videos, agent patterns, enablement assets, etc.

  • Represent field learning internally

    • Bring operator signal back to Product/Solutions/GTM so OpenAI learns where customers are today (org readiness, compliance, data)

  • Build the operating system

    • Define staffing model, handoffs, measurement, quality standards, and repeatable assets to scale from founder-led sessions to a programmatic motion

  • Orchestrate cross-functional execution

    • Align stakeholder roles, handoffs, escalation paths, and maintain a strong customer experience

  • Measure and scale

    • Define leading/lagging indicators (engagement, champion creation, follow-up completion, pipeline influence, adoption)

    • Use qualitative and quantitative signal to decide what to keep, change, invest in, and scale

Who you are

  • 12+ years of experience in B2B technology across executive enablement, field marketing, transformation consulting, customer success, or enterprise GTM

  • 5+ years leading complex cross-functional programs/teams

  • Proven experience designing executive-facing workshops/communities/transformation programs for senior decision-makers

  • Hands-on fluency with AI tools and agent workflows; credible with technical teams while translating business workflows into artifacts

  • Strong program-management discipline (timelines, measurement, operating standards)

  • Executive presence and judgment; comfortable working with C-suite and influencing across orgs

  • Data-driven: can separate vanity engagement from meaningful signal (champion creation, account progression, adoption potential)

Encouragement to Apply

We recognize that strong candidates may come from a variety of professional backgrounds, including technology leadership, product development, enterprise transformation, consulting, research, or public sector innovation. If this role excites you but your experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification listed, we encourage you to apply.
