We are growing our Business Intelligence team and looking for an experienced analyst ( Analyst II), who thrives on turning complex data into actionable insights. This role sits at the core of the organization, partnering with Leadership, Sales, Product, and Operations to drive strategic decision making.
You will work across multiple domains including revenue, supply performance, and product analytics driving analysis that informs day-to-day decisions and longer-term strategy. As an Analyst II, you will play a key role in building and maintaining data models, developing dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams across Asia, Europe, and the Americas to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and effectively used to support business outcomes.
Build and own dashboards. Design, develop, and maintain scalable reporting solutions that support key business functions.
Ensure data integrity. Perform QA, reconciliation, and validation across complex, multi source datasets.
Deliver insights, not just data. Create compelling visualizations that highlight trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
Partner cross functionally. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to define data requirements and improve data infrastructure.
Drive data innovation. Leverage AI tools and modern analytics techniques to enhance insight generation and speed.
Enable decision making. Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analysis and clear recommendations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar.
2-5 Years of experience in BI , Analyst roles, preferably in the media / technology industry.
Strong SQL skills and advanced Excel expertise.
Experience with databricks and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Experience in working on AI workflows for insights and business intelligence.
Proven ability to work with large, messy, and disconnected datasets.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Experience working in cross functional, fast paced environments.
Solid project management and prioritization skills.
Preferred:
Experience in ad tech, CTV, or digital media.
Familiarity with data modeling and pipeline concepts.
Exposure to Python, R, or AI and machine learning tools for analytics workflows.
Experience in extracting data from Databricks or similar platforms
