Overview:
The Vendor Contracts Manager within the Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Vendor Management Office department is responsible for managing the lifecycle of vendor engagements which directly impact business operations, customer delivery, and partner relationships. The Vendor Contracts Manager partners with business teams to monitor and manage vendor compliance and performance as it relates to contractual requirements. The Vendor Contracts Manager is responsible for maintaining contract documentation and monitoring key dates such as for renewals and expiration notices and engages in negotiating and facilitating contract renewals or terminations as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
3+ years of experience in contract review, vendor management, or procurement
Strong understanding of contracting language, processes and vendor relationships
Excellent communication, relationship and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools preferred
Understanding of industry trends and best practices in vendor management

**The annual US base salary range for this position is $126,000 to $135,000. This salary range may cover multiple career levels at HealthEdge. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and is based on a combination of factors including, but not limited to, your skills, experience, qualifications and education.
