The Opportunity

We are seeking a Client-Facing Content & Storytelling Lead. This is not a junior copywriting role; it is a strategic position for a "Content Architect" who can own the narrative across the entire marketing funnel. You will be responsible for translating complex campaign strategies into compelling stories that resonate with parents and partners, while serving as a polished point of contact for our optometry partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Storytelling & Content Creation

  • Multi-Channel Mastery: Develop engaging, high-quality content across blogs, email, social media, video scripts, and case studies.
  • Narrative Strategy: Translate campaign strategies into clear narratives that resonate deeply with our target audience.
  • Brand Stewardship: Maintain a deep understanding of our brand voice, audience pain points, and the competitive landscape.
  • Sales Enablement: Create high-impact materials including case studies, pitch decks, and brochures to support business growth.

2. Funnel & Messaging Optimization

  • Data-Driven Creativity: Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to refine messaging based on real-time performance data.
  • Full-Funnel Content: Develop nurture sequences aligned to every stage of the journey: awareness, consideration, and decision.
  • Omnichannel Consistency: Ensure a seamless and effective message across every digital and physical touchpoint.

3. Client & Partner Engagement

  • Strategic Partner: Serve as a primary point of contact for optometry partners requiring custom content solutions.
  • Practice-Ready Assets: Deliver high-quality social posts, landing pages, website copy, and brochures that partners can deploy immediately.
