Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proven experience selling SaaS/tech solutions in a B2B environment with outbound sales and revenue targets

Requirements:

  • Develop and execute a strategic account plan to meet UK revenue targets and own the full sales cycle with a focus on outbound activities
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize retention
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to tailor solutions and provide market feedback for European expansion
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and represent Hostaway at industry events to grow brand awareness and the client base

As we continue our expansion into the European market in 2025, we’re looking for high-impact Account Executives to drive growth in our UK market. With strong product-market fit and increasing demand, this role is critical to our success in the region. About the role

  • Develop and execute a strategic account plan to achieve revenue targets within the UK market.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.

  • Own the full sales cycle, with proven experience in both inbound and outbound activities. Your main focus will be outbound.

  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to tailor solutions that resonate with clients.

  • Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to shape our European expansion.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system.

  • Represent Hostaway at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and expand our client base.
