About the Role
NinjaOneis seeking an experienced Manager, EnterpriseSales tosupport our Enterprise Sales team. This leadership role is critical in developing and scaling our go-to-market strategies for our largest enterprise prospects. As theleader, you will help hire, guide, and elevate a team of Enterprise Account Executives whopossessdeep productexpertiseand strong commercial acumen. In this role, you will work closely with our product, solutions, engineering, and channel teams, as well as our customers, to drive successful sales strategies across theNinjaOneplatform. This highly visible role requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, salesstrategyand business leadership, essential for achieving our continued record growth in the marketplace.

Travel as needed to support team performance, customer engagement, and key initiatives across North America.
About You

Proven ability to build, scale, andretainhigh-performing teams, with a focus on coaching, accountability, and results.
Executive presence with the ability to influence across all levels, internally and externally, and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
Deep sales acumen, including negotiation, deal strategy, and disciplined use of salesmethodologyto drive outcomes.
Data-driven operator withstrongcommand of Salesforce and modern sales tools to managepipeline, forecast accurately, and improve performance.
Highly organized and effective in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with the ability to prioritize and execute at scale.
Adaptable leader who thrives in change and guides teams through growth and transformation.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
