Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
7+ years of applicable accounting experience
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles
Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas)
Requirements:
Lead full-cycle accounting close, produce timely monthly financial statements, review offshore team's work, and lead client calls
Manage day-to-day accounting activities (AR, AP, payroll reconciliation, reconciliations, accruals) and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models
Ensure US GAAP compliance (ASC 606 revenue recognition, leases, depreciation) and assist with tax processes and filings (federal/state taxes, registrations)
Implement and optimize software ecosystems across ERP and tools (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Expensify, Ramp, Gusto, Shopify, Stripe, Cin7, etc.) to support billing, inventory, and reporting

As our Accounting Manager, youβll work primarily with our Controllers and offshore team of accountants, assisting B Consulting clients with various accounting and financial operations activities. The Accounting Manager will play a crucial role in leading client engagements and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and providing accurate data to support strategic decision-making. In this role, you'll need to manage and lead multiple client projects and communicate with clients to support their requests while also supporting our controllers.
