Sales Development Representative (SDR) Ubicación: Remoto – Latinoamérica Salario base + excelentes comisiones Horario: Lunes a viernes, dentro del rango 8:00 a.m. EST – 9:00 p.m. PST (8 horas productivas + 1 hora de almuerzo + 2 descansos de 15 min)
Descripción Viral Coach, agencia de marketing digital en rápido crecimiento, busca un SDR de alto rendimiento para re-engagement de clientes cancelados o perdidos. Este rol es ideal para perfiles con experiencia en ventas de alto volumen, seguros en entornos digitales y gran capacidad para manejar objeciones con confianza.
 Responsabilidades
• Realizar 300–400 llamadas outbound diarias a clientes cancelados o perdidos.
• Re-engage prospects y detectar oportunidades para reincorporarlos al pipeline.
• Manejar objeciones y reposicionar el valor de los servicios.
• Registrar actividad y resultados de llamadas con precisión.
• Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para entregar oportunidades calificadas.
 Perfil y habilidades
• 1–3 años de experiencia en SDR, outbound sales o roles similares (no CSR)
• Experiencia en ventas de alto ticket o fast-growth digital brands.
• Inglés C1, comunicación clara y persuasiva, acento neutro.
• Capacidad para identificar decision makers y coordinar reuniones de alto nivel.
• Habilidades sólidas de objection handling y negociación.
• Internet confiable y setup profesional.
