  • Perform vendor risk assessment checks in SAP Ariba and verify prequalification documents.
  • Update and maintain the vendor list and ensure onboarding is complete before placing a PO.
  • Launch RFQs in SAP Ariba and obtain vendor offers before deadlines.

The purpose of the role is to provide a continuous verification and analysis of the complete Linxon prequalified vendors globally, identifying potential risks and keeping Linxon vendor list updated after the prequalification process has been successfully completed.

What will you do?

Key Areas of Responsibility (KARs):

  • Vendor Onboarding process in SAP Ariba Portal by initiating supplier request.
  • Verification of prequalification documents provided by the suppliers during onboarding process.
  • Analyze and perform Vendor Risk assessment check in SAP Ariba.
  • Updating and Maintaining Complete Vendor List and to ensure completion of Vendor onboarding process before placing PO.
  • Perform Periodic Check on mandatory documents uploaded by Supplier during onboarding process.
  • Launching RFQ and receiving offer from Vendor before deadline in SAP Ariba Portal.

Experience, Education and Other Requirement:

  • Minimum Engineering Graduate in Electrical engineering or equivalent qualification  and applicable experience of 5 to 10 + years’ experience in lieu of qualification.
  • 5 to 10 years’ work experience in supply chain, Vendor onboarding and procurement.
  • Good knowledge of SAP Ariba system.
  • Good knowledge in electrical Equipment’s.
  • Fluent in English
