Requirements:

  • Conduct approximately 25–30 outbound collection calls daily to follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Process invoices through customer portals, manage cash applications (posting payments and reconciling accounts), and prepare/distribute customer account statements using Microsoft Excel.

About The Opportunity

Netrix Global is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate I who is responsible for supporting the company’s collections efforts across products, services, and IT solution delivery. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The Associate will engage with corporate accounts receivable departments to facilitate timely collections and resolve billing-related issues.

How You Will Make An Impact 

  • Collaborate with Sales to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate account reconciliation.
  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of customer master data within ERP and CRM systems.
  • Conduct approximately 25–30 outbound collection calls daily to follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Accurately enter and manage data within company systems, including Salesforce and Intacct (training provided).
  • Prepare and distribute customer account statements using Microsoft Excel.
  • Process customer credit applications and maintain related documentation.
  • Handle credit card payment processing in accordance with company policies.
  • Submit and manage invoices through customer portals.
  • Assist with cash application activities, including posting payments and reconciling accounts.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental objectives.

What You Will Bring To The Table

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, credit and collections, or sales operations.
  • Experience within the information technology services industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and comfort working with financial data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
  • Interest in process improvement, documentation, and operational efficiency.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred
  • Highly math aptitude
  • Familiarity with Sage Intacct ERP, Salesforce CRM, and Kimble PSA systems
