We’re hiring a Sales Assistant to support a fast-moving sales team by managing CRM updates, scheduling meetings, coordinating follow-ups, preparing proposals, and keeping sales operations organized.
This is a detail-oriented, execution-focused role where your work directly supports pipeline movement and sales performance. You won’t be responsible for selling — but you’ll play a critical role in helping the sales team close deals efficiently.

• Maintain clean and accurate CRM records in Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Pipedrive
• Update leads, contacts, opportunities, and pipeline stages daily
• Remove duplicates, fix missing information, and maintain CRM hygiene
• Ensure pipeline visibility and reporting accuracy
• Schedule calls, demos, follow-ups, and meetings across multiple time zones
• Manage calendars using Google Calendar, Outlook, and Calendly
• Coordinate meeting logistics and ensure sales reps are prepared before calls
• Organize internal prep sessions and follow-up activities
• Prepare, format, and proofread proposals, quotes, presentations, and sales documents
• Support RFP and RFI responses using templates and existing materials
• Create polished sales materials using Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Canva
• Generate weekly and monthly sales reports and dashboards
• Track pipeline activity, conversion metrics, and sales KPIs
• Maintain reporting accuracy and ensure leadership visibility into sales activity
• Draft professional follow-up emails and meeting summaries
• Send reminders, thank-you notes, and next-step communication
• Support inbound lead routing and initial coordination
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, operations, and sales teams
• Track internal handoffs to ensure deals and tasks move forward smoothly
• Help prevent delays or communication gaps across departments
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, administrative support, operations, or coordination roles
• Hands-on experience with at least one CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar)
• Strong scheduling and calendar management skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Strong written English communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Experience preparing proposals, sales decks, or presentations
• Exposure to SDR, BDR, or sales team workflows
• Experience in B2B SaaS, marketing agencies, recruiting, or professional services
• Basic reporting and Excel skills (pivot tables, dashboards, reporting)
• Update CRM records and maintain pipeline accuracy
• Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars across teams
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales documents
• Generate reports and support sales leadership with data updates
• Send follow-ups and coordinate communication with leads and clients
• Work cross-functionally to keep deals and workflows moving smoothly
