Roles & Responsibilities

  • Real-world experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or Product Designer on digital projects (web or app)
  • Strong ability to explain design processes, decisions, and provide constructive feedback
  • Practical, learner-focused approach with emphasis on hands-on sessions and portfolio development
  • Flexible, autonomous 1-on-1 tutoring availability (online or in-person) and time management

Requirements:

  • Conduct 1-on-1 practical tutoring sessions focused on UX fundamentals, UI design, Figma prototyping, user flows, wireframes, and design systems
  • Guide students through portfolio development, review, and improvement to showcase real projects
  • Provide feedback and practical guidance on design decisions and processes to accelerate learning
  • Offer flexible online or in-person lessons to accommodate students, career switchers, and junior designers

Stiamo cercando designer che vogliano affiancare studenti e junior professionisti attraverso lezioni pratiche, concrete e orientate al portfolio.

Non è un ruolo full-time, né un lavoro in agenzia: è un’attività di tutoraggio 1-to-1, flessibile e compatibile con altri progetti.

🛠️ Cosa farai concretamente

  • Sessioni pratiche su:

    • UX fundamentals e UI design

    • Figma e prototipazione

    • User flows e wireframe

    • Design system e best practice

  • Revisione e miglioramento di portfolio

  • Supporto a studenti, career switcher e junior designer

  • Lezioni online o in presenza, secondo le tue preferenze

👤 Il profilo ideale

  • UX Designer, UI Designer o Product Designer

  • Esperienza reale su progetti digitali (web o app)

  • Capacità di spiegare processi e scelte progettuali

  • Approccio pratico, orientato all’apprendimento
