Roles & Responsibilities

  • Formal behavioral science training.
  • At least 1 year of applied behavioral science experience in consulting, marketing, UX, or product design, with demonstrated ability to translate theory into practical interventions in a healthcare context.
  • Proficiency in Figma or a comparable design tool for creating wireframes and mocks.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to build clear, client-ready decks; comfortable presenting strategy to clients, including translating technical concepts for non-specialist audiences.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with a team of behavioral scientists to design behavior change interventions across digital healthcare products and multichannel healthcare marketing campaigns
  • Contribute to and co-develop behavioral science strategies that connect audience insights to actionable intervention design
  • Own the end-to-end behavioral design process: translate strategy into medium-fidelity communications mocks and copy that bring your behavioral recommendations to life
  • Apply behavioral science frameworks to complex healthcare problems, with attention to patient and HCP behavior, motivation, and barriers
  • Present strategy and design rationale to clients in a clear, compelling way
  • Synthesize market research and audience insights to inform and sharpen behavioral strategy

Experience & Skills

  • Formal behavioral science training
  • At least 1 year of applied behavioral science experience in consulting, marketing, UX, or product design, with demonstrated ability to translate theory into practical interventions in a healthcare context
    • Background in digital or print marketing a plus
  • Ability to develop a structured behavior change strategy from a problem brief, grounding recommendations in relevant behavioral science theory and evidence
  • Skilled at translating behavioral strategy into medium-fidelity design mocks for digital products or communications; able to show your thinking, not just describe it
  • Proficient in Figma or a comparable design tool for creating wireframes and mocks
  • Strong PowerPoint skills; able to build clear, well-designed client-ready decks
  • Comfortable presenting behavioral science strategy to clients, including translating technical concepts for non-specialist audiences
Location
Limetree is a fully remote U.S.-based company. Due to the nature of our contracts, this role is only open to U.S.-based applicants.

Contract & Compensation
This role starts as project-based, approximately 10 hours a week, with the potential to grow into a monthly retainer or full-time position for the right candidate.
Rate: $65–$100/hr, commensurate with experience
